Practice-Day Alerts is a free-to-use Pinellas County organization that turns live heat, air-quality, cold, and storm data into simple OK / Modify / Cancel status for outdoor practices. Each practice area is checked periodically, and its status is placed on a countywide map with clear color codes. Coaches and athletic directors use these colors alongside their existing safety policy to decide whether to hold, modify, or move practice indoors.
